You may return eligible items within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors (if available).
To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process.
Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item in good condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include a photo of the item and your order number.
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
